30 Weeks

Wow- It feels so weird to says 30 weeks is here! (on friday). I had a dr. appt with a different dr. in the group practice- in case Dr. Moore is gone for the delivery. It was one of the men, and I thought it was going to be really strange. Luckily, I don't have to do the "internal" check-ups yet, so it was quick and painless. I do have to say, Dr. Moore has a much more gentle touch on the tummy than this guy, but he was nice. We saw Dr. Moore as we were leaving, and she stopped and asked if everything was going ok. She's so nice! I can't even IMAGINE having a man for a obgyn! I know it's definitly a new thing to have a woman, but I'm so glad. I don't think I've talked to anyone over the age of 30 who has had a woman.

Anyways, the baby sounded great. It's always a relief to Branden to here the heartbeat. He's constantly asking, "is it moving?, or is it dead?" I guess I worry about it too- but for the most part he is constantly rolling/kicking around in there. The kicks have definitely gotten stronger too. The ones were I flinch and say "OUCH." But, i don't have any constant pain, which is really nice. I was thinking this morning about how I was sooo worried about my headaches during pregnancy. I have always had pretty bad headaches growing up, but I have only have a few little ones in the beginning. Thank goodness! I am still TERRIFIED of an epidural/spinal headache. Our teacher in our childbirth class says they have precautions for them and they are not as common, but still- I think I will want to be put in a coma until it's gone. :)

Yes, we started our baby classes! They are pretty boring, I think I already knew a lot of it, but it's good for Branden and I to listen and prepare together. I do think we are the youngest one's in the class. And everyone has a cute new CRV for the baby! I want one too!!!!!!!!!!! :)

We had a fun forth of july party at mom's house this year. It seemed quiet this year (maybe the weather?) but we had yummy food and went on the boat to watch awesome fireworks! Didn't get any pictures of the fireworks, but some of us outside.

Everybody loves Wesley!Look happy Heather!

Heidi, I'm getting so excited for you and Brandon to have your own little baby. Glad to see somebody has changed their blog. Got to keep us far away old folks up to date on all you young ungs. You'll be so wrapped up in what's going on having your new baby you won't remember half of what happens. We had a hot(105)4th, so we mostly stayed in and watched videos. 10 more weeks, I'm so excited. Keep us informed....Love Aunt Denny
